About Scott Perry
Founder of JAWS Innovations, Perry Logic, Plumbers Mate, Co-Founder at Thug Life Brewing and TL Plumbing and Building, Product Development Manager for Workforce BluePrint and Career BluePrint.
Extensive experience in coaching and mentoring, public speaking and training, workforce planning and development, and business consultancy services. With many years’ experience in accredited training and assessment against national industry competency standards from the Business Services, Plumbing Services and Building and Construction Training Packages, as well as training on the latest technologies not yet covered by Training Packages, taking a very practical approach. More than 28 years’ experience in running a business, supervising and training team members, sales and managing projects and 30 years’ experience in the building and construction industry.
Hosting delegations and facilitating entrepreneurial programs, working with the education sector (schools, TVET/VET and Higher Education), entrepreneurs, industry associations and peak bodies, Ministry representatives, across Bhutan, Ecuador, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Maldives, Philippines and the USA. Through programs and talks, Scott has the ability to transform complex material into memorable systems that are so simple the audience can apply them to make real changes in their work, business and life. Taking complex solutions, combines elements of logical structure and engaging content, to deliver valuable presentations with an easy going and fun approach.
When it comes to coaching and training, especially in developing countries and/or with startups and small businesses, Scott is passionate about ensuring transformation is delivered, not just information. Some of the most rewarding work involves taking award winning communication and presenting skills, adapting them for entrepreneurs, trainers and assessors and helping you to deliver information in a way that maximise the transformation in your students and clients. Working with coaches and trainers on presentation and communication skills, techniques for demonstrating hand skills and finding ways to make the theoretical information memorable, the effects are lasting and the positive impact on people, community and countries can be life changing.

Thug Life Brewing
Thug Life Brewing is a fiercely independent South Australian Brewery founded in 2018.
The beer range began with a Ginger has Soul Ginger Beer & Mafia King NEIPA then Blonde Thug was introduced and at Beer and BBQ Fest 2019 there was a limited edition Stolen Irish Vanilla Stout and Cholo Mexican style Lager which proved to be very popular.
